So, I did say I was thesis writing (ie. entered writing phase), but… you know how experiments can go? Things don’t work, you have some extra things to do in anticipation of reviewer comments, and you find yourself back in the lab doing experiments again!
Hence the sudden quiet as well. Not the ideal sort of situation in the lead up to Christmas, but, to be honest, it’s how it’s been for the last four years anyway.
I did actually get some writing done, though. Drafted an entire results chapter, so that’s always a win. Just need to write the rest of the thesis as well! #YayWriting

Well, at this stage I’ll definitely be writing through Christmas. 😅 But experiments wise I’ll take next week off at least.
