A couple months ago I posted about having been MIA due to writing commitments. In a subsequent post, I wrote about the process of writing and submitting scientific manuscripts for peer-review in scientific journals.
WELL- we’ve just been informed that the manuscript has been accepted for publication!
Finally, a paper with my name on it, and on top of that, first author as well! It had been an intense start to the year to re-do experiments for this paper, but it’s finally going to be out there in the world. ☺️
Now time to finish off experiments and write a second paper… maybe celebrations before that, though. 😂🥳
